Collision North does great work. They fixed my car in a very timely matter with zero headaches on my end. Then, when I started hearing a rattle under my car a couple weeks after picking it up, they had me come back in to diagnose the noise. The rattle had nothing to do with the work done, but they checked it out for me at no cost. Real great people there, will definitely come to them first if need be in the future.
Outstanding experience working with Mark and everyone at Collision North! The work was professional, excellent, and done in record time. All for a very fair price. Hopefully, no one hits my parked car again, but if they do, I won't need to shop around, I'll just go straight to Collision North!
Collision North did a GREAT and FAST job getting our car (Subaru Legacy) side/rear fender replaced, AND car was overall cleaned up OUTSIDE and INSIDE., for a really reasonable price. Will def be my next first and only shop if/when needed!

I brought my car to Collision North in October 2025. after having a run in with a deer. (My car a 2025 VW Taos). I Had extensive damage to the front and side. They did an amazing job! Then a couple of weeks ago; I had a deer run into the side of my car causing more damage! They’re currently addressing the new damage. They’re extremely Professional and Meticulous! Communicating with me to explain the process. I appreciate their attention to detail and their kindness! I would absolutely recommend them to Anyone looking for an auto body shop!
The team at Collision North is OUTSTANDING!! I had extensive damage to the passenger side of my car (dented fender, scratches, rust spots), and Collision North gave me an estimate that was several thousand dollars less expensive than any other body shop that I visited. They got all of the rust and dents out and did a meticulous scan of the car to check for mechanical issues. My passenger side looks better than new—fresh paint that matches the rest of the car, and very shiny! They also vacuumed and cleaned the whole inside of the car, which was extremely nice! They also helped us coordinate payment and offer several different payment methods. I would recommend Collision North without question for any project large or small. They’re amazing!

I had a small paint job that a couple local body shops would not help me with. Luckily, I found Mark at Collision North who was happy to take on my project. He had a very reasonable estimate to me the same day and I was able to get on their schedule quickly. The paint match was great and the job wrapped up a day early and on budget. It had been over 30 years since the last time I needed a body shop, and had Unpleasant negative experiences each time; so I was quite frankly ecstatic when I picked up my car yesterday from collision North to see the work they had done & how thorough they were. The last time my car looked that good was when I left the dealership the day I bought it. Bree contacted & handled the insurance company for a needed supplemental & the work was completed when promised. The only way I could have been more satisfied is if they had left a bag of money on the passenger seat. 😁

John has repaired my car twice now, and has been incredibly responsive, communicative, and kind. I have been blown away by his work each time – my car looks better than new! He turns car repair into an art form!

This place is AMAZING! I went here because I got into a hit and run accident on the same side that I had previous work done. When I brought it to John (Collision North), he was very nice and provided me a timeline on when my car would be fixed and done! Well, he caught the mistake from another body shop that I had work done and let me know that they didn't replace my doors. He worked with my insurance and kept me up to date on the process. When I say kept me updated, I'm talking about, he would give me a call every other day to let me know what was going on with it all. I can't thank him and his body shop enough. They washed the outside and clean my interior of my car, it was like I just bought a brand new car! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this body shop for any exterior damage!!!

Everyone at Collision North was great to talk to and work with. They helped arrange my rental car through Enterprise so I didn't have to arrange a ride when dropping my car off. They did the repairs on the promised schedule. The repairs look great. As a bonus they detailed my car!

We used Collision North to fix our truck a few weeks ago. John was awesome and kept me updated throughout the process, communicated directly with our insurance company and finished the work faster than any shop we have ever gone to. They even recommended a nearby rental company and we were able to drop the rental off at the shop when our truck was ready. We went to Collision North because of the ratings we saw on line. We came from Florida and i accidentally backed up thru our host granite mail box. I needed care immediately and Collistion North took us in immediately , ordered the parts and the car was like new when done. It was an expensive proposition but i am so thankfull for the service and the quality of work.
My 2020 Lincoln Aviator came out perfect! Awesome job...like brand new again. Easy to work with and repair was very timely completed. I highly recommend. Couldnt have gone any better.

Took our minivan to collision north after being hit from behind. The process was easy and smooth. He worked with the insurance company directly and did a great job on the work. They also took the time to clean up the car which is always an added perk! 10/10 recommended them.
These guys did a fabulous job on my car! I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. They also made the claims process very easy for me (I have little to no experience with filing claims) They deemed my car not exactly road worthy and ended taking it in a little sooner than originally planned. My wife's 2015 Buick Enclave was hit by a deer, requiring body work on the front right side, headlight assembly and front half of the passenger side. They did a great job and it looked amazing! A week later I noticed condensation in the headlight assembly. I called and without hesitation, John, the owner, said he would order another assembly. A couple weeks later he called and I had it installed. Awesome service! Will go back for any future needs. FYI, the deer was fine. :)

Just had work done here and my experience was fantastic! John and his team went above and beyond expectations. I got an earlier than expected appointment, was kept in the loop every step of the way and got my car back very quickly! My car battery actually died shortly after it left the shop (due to no fault of theirs, it's easily 5+ years old) and John came out to meet me to jump the battery, which was so unbelievably kind. He was able to order and replace the battery within 24 hours! He's definitely got customers for life now :)
Premier quality and exceptional service.! I recently encountered an underground garage support beam that caused a significant amount of damage when backing up. I dreaded with every ounce of my being to do business with a body shop or mechanic. After 30 years of driving and a number of repairs over the years, my experiences have always been disappointing. I researched many body shops, and then I found Collision North. From my very first call, John and Mark were so accommodating and assured me they would help me through the process with my insurance company. I brought my car for them to look at and they were fully transparent on costs, lead time for parts and repair. They quoted that I would be without my car for two weeks. I never once had to call them to check in. Mark and John always kept me up to date on status and completion time. I received a call on Friday, four days early to inform me my car was ready and to give them an hour to clean the outside and inside. What?!? They cleaned the interior of my car?!? That has never happened with any of my other experiences. I arrived to pick up my car, they had all my paperwork and keys ready. I couldn’t thank them enough for how easy they made the process, and their transparency and kindness. I opened up my car for the first time in two weeks, and it looked brand new and ran like a charm. I will never entertain the thought of going elsewhere when I need work done on my car, even if I move and have to travel. Collision North is a superior collision center, and Mark and John and their team have really built a foundation of trust with their consumers. Bravo for an amazing experience and quality job! If I could provide more than five stars, I would.

We brought our Subaru in to repair a damaged hatch. John was very communicative and helpful. He did a great job with the repair and made sure to ask us if we were satisfied with the work. He even washed the car which was a pleasant surprise when we picked it up. I'm accustomed to being ignored or mistreated at garages. Good customer service is hard to come by and when you find it, it really sets a business apart. I would definitely recommend Collision North and although I hope to not have the occasion to need to go back, if I do need work done on my car in the future, this is where I'll go.
Collision North did a great job fixing a minor dent and scrape on my Chevy Bolt. It now looks like new and their price was reasonable. John was a pleasure to deal and they deliver your car back to you shiny clean!

When I picked up my Lincoln Navigator the repair was done perfectly and in addition the vehicle was detailed! Just picked up my Lincoln Navigator from Collision North. WOW! First of all, John was a pleasure to work with. I brought the car in two weeks ago for an estimate which he completed thoroughly and immediately. . A few days later we scheduled the appointment. I brought the vehicle in, and the work was done on schedule and at the quoted price. The repair was perfect (best part), and the second best part is that the vehicle was detailed when i picked it up. I hope I never have to have another repair done, but if I do, it will be with Collision North. Thanks John!

Collision North did an awesome job of restoring my car to new condition after a side swipe accident that damaged the front fender, both doors, rear quarter panel, and rear wheel. John's communication during the whole process was excellent keeping me informed of where we were in the process and the timeline of repairs. He seamlessly handled dealing with the insurance extras as additional damaged was discovered upon disassembly (total cost escalated from $5.9K to $8.3K). He also worked hard to make sure the car was repaired with Toyota OEM factory parts where possible. I really appreciated this willingness to go above and beyond. See the before and after photos below. Needless to say I was very pleased with the outcome. Based on my experience I highly recommend Collision North!

I got rear ended in my Acura TL and I randomly stumbled upon collision North and John. John worked with my insurance company and enterprise to get me squared away fast and efficiently. He called me throughout the week to keep me updated in the process. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
